I would just like express my appreciation to Santam Claims department for the prompt and effective handling of my recent claim regarding my Hikux on 9 October 2025 at approximately 12:30 where I parked at Herm**** Whalecoast Mall . I called Santam Claims ,and immediately received an sms from Santam that my claim nr *** have been registered . I was kept in formed regarding the progress of my claim . Special thanks to Coutney Botha and Alexandra Klein who kept me informed at all times by phome , sms and email . Alexandra also call me again this morning and send me an email that Wavin Hare have been appointed as Assessor .Thank you very much Santam for going that extra mile . Much appreciated
