Santam claim

Everyone I know complains of bad experiences on the payout of insurance claims. Well, I am sharing the wonderful experience we had with our claim through Santam. Following a break in where ******* collected our valuables and tv, ripped the entire safe out of the wall we submitted our claim. Amazingly after Santam assessed our claim they actually paid out 25% more than we had claimed. Who has ever heard of such a case?? We have been a client of Santam's for many years and this has been our first claim for household goods, and all we can say is they must be the best short term insurance firm by far. What an honest company to do business with! Thanks Santam!
