Good day Kristy-Leigh,

Thank you for your post above. We are confident that your claim will be processed and dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

We cannot trace anything being registered yet, so am sure if you have submitted the claim via your broker, that they will be in contact with Santam shortly to have your claim registered in order for the process to kick in.

Thank you and kind regards.

Already a bad start, the broker informed us it will take up 7 working days for him top even report back on our claim he is also not the friendliest broker either. 7 WORKING DAYS IS EXTRMELLY LONG...

We run a company ad when the trailers are not working the company is at stand still we lose around 120k a week when a trailer stands.

On Friday morning he did not even submit the claim after sending all to him, I do not even know if he had sent all.

Surely CLAIMS are important and needs to be proceeds faster and handled within 72 hours not 7 working days.
