Santam cheating on 3rd Party claims
Santam's client skipped the stop street and hit into my car 6th October 2014, which he admits to in the police report.
My car has a retail of R145000 as per Santam. They have seen pictures but have not come to see my car. A s**** yard offered me R12000 for my car as is. The Santam approved panelbeater told me that the parts alone are quite a bit over R100000. I had to pay approximately R11000 for towing and storage and to tow it back for a quote. I have been 5 month's already without a car.

Anton Theart contacted me on the 4th March 2015 (yes, 5month's after following up again and again) with an offer of R50 000. He says that the salvage is worth R50000 which they will deduct and I am partially reliable for the accident so they will minus a portion and the final offer is R50000 which only stands for 14days.
I told them that their client admits that it was his fault, they said go prove it in court.
I told them that their client was speeding they said prove it in court.

How do I replace my car which costed R170 000 and now Santam wants me to sign a release of R50000.
