Santam charging account while policy is cancelled

I was in process of buying insurance for my car with Santam. I for then deactivated the policy due to the pro rata that was never disclosed by the agents I only found out 4 days before deduction I hence deactivated the policy today Saturday the pro rata was deducted from my account meanwhile I revoked santam from charging me. REFUND MY PRO RATA !
