Their moto now is to do anything in their power to reject claims.The red flag starts when they ask will your claim be more than 20k if your loss is more they tell you, you will be transfered to another assessor. I guess they developed a bracket for rejections. if its not proof of ownership, its unsupported claims with no supporting documents. I am sorry if you're seeing this review after you have become a victim too.
