Santam car insurance terrible

I'm disappointed and shocked at how Santam car insurance is handling a claim. It's been since April and they are "touch & go" with no correspondence and everytime you follow up, you are informed so so and so is now handling your case. The last feedback early July was they are waiting for the manager to authorize the claim. When that manager returned from leave, the case has now been referred to forensic & I was asked about their client licence etc. Its been another 3 weeks going on 4 that I've had no response or update. Santam insurance was said to be a reputable company but I get to experience the level of unprofessionalism and incompetency
