Santam car insurance is *****elant!!!!! DOMT USE THEM

I had my vehicle insured with Santam, when I insured my vehicle Santam instaled a tracker (only a data colector) included in the policy this policy was active for more than 1 year I have moved the policy to a broker, then tracker sudenly sent me a sms telling me that they are goimh yo deduct momey feom my account as santam is no longer going to pay. I tried to phine santam they put me through to some department that just do not answer the phone at all!!!! I am furious that they Santam and Tracker just want me to pay as I never wanted the unit to be imstalled. Now I have yo pay the R400 cancellation this is NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!
