Santam Car Insurance is a big fat ****

If there was less than zero I would definitely rate them less than zero, it's been 3 months of waiting I submitted a claim for 3rd party. This insurance is a big **** how can I wait for 3 months and they just keep quiet. They started contacting me after they saw my 1st complain here and social medea and I submitted everything they requested and now they are quite again. I'm losing of business because of this insurance how they make me wait for more than 3 months for a 3rd party claim.
