Santam Car Insurance disapointed

<p>I am a new car insurance policyholder at Santam. Santam and its intermediary(Flexisure) misled me when taking the policy by falsifying my occupation, overnight parking description to mention some misstatements discovered. I tried to engage Santam direct and asked them to recover / cancel monies payable to Flexisure. Santam did not do that. I aso wanted Santam to honour the premium (R1600) and excess (R3000) that I was promised when activated the policy before I found out at the dealer when reading confirmation from Santam that something is wrong. On my dealing with Santam they showed no care about my satisfaction but tried to ensure that they have nothing to lose at my expense.</p> <p> </p> <p>As I speak they have deducted premium twice on 30 November yet they know that the monthly premium they charging me I'm not happy with. </p>
