Santam car Claim and recovery process
Santam Legal Recoveries - Santam Broker Solutions has been really slow to pay out on 3rd party insurance. I had to repair my vehicle , pay the excess and continuously follow up with them. The claim was registered on 19/09 and to date I am chasing for resolution. Extremely unprofessional service.
