Santam cancel my policy without reason!!!!

<p>A member with Santam since 2015, My premiums never unpaid, Had unfortunate problems due to power failures and appliances got damaged. I claimed and santam paid without any problems - just received email now from Santam out of the blue it is with regrets that we cancelling your policy, please seek alternative insurance.... *** really... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE</p>
