Santam came through for me.

I decided to change my home building insurance with one of the major banks that a had a standard way of sucking and making me pay without and fear of loosing a customer due to their unending increases in rate yet less value.

I decided to call Santam and got a quote i could not resist, i called my bank to inform them of my new insurance they surprisingly they offered me a lesser retention rate that i refused because it was well more that Santam was offering inclusive of more benefits like Third-party liability and roadside assistance that i got to use this last weekend though i did not have a car insurance with them.

They arranged fuel for me and it was delivered in record time, the consultants kept calling to see that i was safe and all.

all of this happening during the weekend.\

I give the 5 out of 5 for making me a priority during my time of need
