Santam *********** broker, staff member and foolish customer

On the 24/03/2026 a man by the name of Pretorius Japie Havobus damaged my car but Seipati Mashaba of Santam insurance after listening to my story and asking them why they are taking long on approving the claim, she told me that Japie Pretorius and his broker Gert Coetzee should have asked me to send them email and documents. What document I don’t know I needed to be a Sangoma and throw bones to know the expectations. Seipati Mashaba further told me that I must not call their customers Pretorius Japie Jacobius same one that was ******** after damaging my car. I chased him and ended up being an investigator to find where Pretorius was staying and forced him to go and report the incident.

Fast forward, Gert Coetzee the so called broker kept on telling me that the claim was going to be approved. I waited for two weeks until Gert Coetzee told me that Santam doesn’t want to talk to him and Pretorius Japie Jacobus. He gave me the number to call Santam which was also a wrong number. I google Santam number and only to find out this woman by the name of Seipati Mashaba waiting for me to call her and send her the documents that I was supposed to be a Sangoma for me to know. Further to that, Seipati Mashaba has a courage to ask me not to call her customer same one I had to chase after to report the incident.

Fast forward, today I’m told by Santam that I’ll have to wait for another 14days for my claim to be approved because the so called Santam broker Gert Coetzee wasted the time. This should have been long time resolved.

Santam has *********** brokers (Gert Coetzee), worker Seipati Mashaba and a well protected foolish customer whom I needed to chase after to report the incident.
