Santam-****** ********

I was in an accident with a bus which was insured by the above-mentioned. I was sent from pillar to post! It took them months to process my claim after submitting all the docs they requested- photos, quotes etc,only for the to tell me that they wont be settling my claim because I had no witnesses! It was a hit and run! Where does one find a witness for an accident that happened at 6 am??? All the evidence was there but i was given a ******* story!
