Santam, best insurer IMO

I have to say that from all the insurance companies that I where with in the past, Santam is by far the very best.

A week ago someone jumped over my wall and stole my solar panel (he also wanted to ***** the the outside alarm beam, but it had an anti-theft bracket so he couldn't get it off the wall.

I registered the claim and only had time to fill in the claim form over the weekend.

I sent the claim form on Monday and my broker and they rep**** and asked for proof of ownership, so I sent them the camera footage and also pictures of what remained. 5 minutes later she told me that the claim's been processed and I should receive payment in about 3 days. A few hours later the payment was in my bank account. How many out there can say that they've been paid the exact same day from their insurance company? Outsurance also quoted me for insurance, but couldn't beat Santam's price and value no matter how hard they tried.
