Santam Bank Wills Department

I was handed a copy of a will drafted by Santam Bank on 16 June 1975. Apparently they retained the original will. It seems that the bank is no longer operating as I cannot find any trace of them on the internet. I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone yesterday trying to explain to Santam Call Centre that I need to get hold of Santam Bank or their successors. Nobody could help me but all wanted to sell me an insurance policy. What a poor show! I then send an e-mail to Santam and today got two calls from their insurance agents again trying to sell me a policy. They had no clue about Santam Bank or about who could assist me. Who has any information about Santam Bank?
