Santam bad service

I booked a claim for my damaged phone and was told that an accessor will be in contact within 24hrs, and its now +36hours and no one has called me back, when i call them they still telling me that my claim has not yet been aallocted to a claim handler.. when i tookmthis cover i was told Santam is the best insurance company.. well little did i know i will strrugle to be covered for the services i pay for.
