santam BAD AND POOR SERVICE

I had a Bad experience with their claim process ::claim loss dec 2019 and there was never a proper communication, when I followed up with their complaints the time line was so incorrect and it showed unprofessionalism I even called multiple times and requested for the manager as no one cloud give me a turn around time the manager Megan was so rude for putting the phone down on me, their appointed supplier came to get the items and communicated different things to me and the insurer I sent an email to complaints on the 13.1.2020 and till now no feedback I called to cancel my policy today I'm not happy with the service and I will not refer or ever take a policy with them ever AGAIN. poor and bad service.
