Santam Bad Actor

<p>I had a third party claim against Santam recently and had a real dissapointing experience. I use to believe Santam was one of the best short term insurers in the country. I was treated with disrespect and sarcasm. They delayed my claim in several ways, from absenteeism to not receiving the mails to different and new requirements. Then they negotiated a settlement with one of the panelbeaters without informing me.I eventually received 58 % of the initial claim after 3 months. I really expected some professionalism and integrity from such a big company. They said they acted well within their right...not a good sales speech for a potential new client. Good luck on finding new clients. I am glad that I am not one of their clients, can imagine how they are treated.</p>
