Santam appointed a **** service provider who did a terrible job just to save money at the clients' expense

Santam appointed a **** service provider by the name Millennium Auto Body who doesn't even have a website in this day and age. I warned them several times that their service doesn't have capacity to deliver the job but they wouldn't listen to me because it was the cheapest quotation they got. Trying to save money at a clients expense. They did a terrible job to the extent that my car was left in a worst condition than it was before. There is guy by the name Brent who insulted me in my face that was the best he could do because my car is too old. Seems like he is good at ******** people to afford the newer car than mine😡. My question was, why did you accept the job in the first place.

Secondly, I drove my car to the workshop but I had to tow it away from the workshop after it mysteriously broke down in his workshop. This is very strange. They didn't do a job when I took the car, and they produced a **** job card to Santam to cover their back which is *****.
