Appalling and horrible customer service from vehicle claims department (Buntu Gontsana: Motor Claims Consultant Santam Direct: Claims Department.

I had to submit documents to support the claim on several occasions. I had to send numerus emails and never got a prompt response from Buntu (SANTAM) I had to make numerus calls to no avail, Mr Buntu was never available and other consultants working on my claim.

My entire experience of the claim process at SANTAM was shocking and horrible.
