santam Aon insurance

I have been with AON SANTAM insurance company. I've had the worst possible experience ever since I have been with the insurance company. After many phone calls and emails, no one ever phones back I logged a claim for a leak 6 days ago and still, no one has been to fix the leak and to add to it I found out that for almost a whole year I was paying insurance for the wrong risk address. after many emails stipulating the risk address, i needed to be insured for personal house and car insurance. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this insurance company it has to be the worst experience I've ever had...
