Santam and Winclo very bad service. Please complain here guys

Santam and their associated services have been incredibly frustrating to deal with. My vehicle went in for repairs at Winclo almost a month ago, and instead of getting fixed, it has only suffered more damage with each visit. My car has been scratched, dented, and left with loose parts—Winclo even cracked the mud guard. The quality of service has been disappointing, to say the least.

Today, after weeks of back-and-forth, I collected my car, and it's still not repaired properly. I’ve had enough. My experience with Santam has also been poor, and I’ve decided to cancel my insurance with them by the end of this month.

Additionally, Brian has repeatedly promised updates but has failed to follow through. I've been waiting for an email from him for over three days. The entire experience has been unprofessional and unreliable.

To anyone considering Santam or Winclo, I strongly advise you to reconsider. I’ll be leaving my feedback to help lower their ratings, as this level of service should not go unnoticed.
