Santam and their brokers (Bellryck) sucks
After almost paying 87000 rand, I missed one payment due to my service provider paying me late. I just experienced more than 40 hours of no power due to cable theft. And now my policy it its cancelled without notifying me, keep my money, it's fine, I will restock my fridge on my own. At least give me a call. I could have said a lot of nasty word here, but I wont stoop to your level....
