Santam and the client are *****ing from me

Had a car accident on the 14 November 2021, and to date the 21 February 2022 I am car less and being forced to sign an offer of R121 970.00 (- R19500 cost that I had to incur first towing and addtional towing (car does not drive, santam was full aware) for obtain quotation and quotation fee and was told I would not be refuned for it but qoutation is santam to process the claim. Anyhow from the start I never wanted any money from Santam nor their client I just want my car fixed before there client ( is 100% at faults) crashed into me I had a fully functional car til to date i have no car and being forced to sign R121 970.00 and the current market value of R275 230.00, santam has calulated my salvage at - R110 092.00 which will than give me R165 138.00 + R5200 (1 towing)= R170 338,00 is the only offer Im willing to accept, that will not even 100% liability not forgetting your client was fully at fault of the accident and should be 100% liable for all the cost associated with the accident. I would ask that Santam and its client stop taking advantange and *****ing from me. Whats even worst the daley tactics I need to car to asap.
