Santam and Ross ****on *****ing our Lodge!

Our Lodge on the Orange River had an unfortunate flood on the 3rd March. • Claim Form submitted the 7th March. • Ross ****on the assessor visited on the 13th March. • Quote for damages was submitted on the 15th March. We keep calling and emailing Ross ****on but are not getting anywhere, he now just doesn't answer the phone. In the meantime our company suffers great financial loss in one of our peak times. We can't keep our business closed any longer due to Santam and Ross ****ons poor level of service.
