Santam and Louis Malherbe Brokers - Excellent service!!!!!!!!
On Sunday 1 July / Monday morning 2 July 2018 my computer decided it was tired of serving me. Once I realized my computer was a brick, I contacted Mariette Nortje from Louis Malherbe brokers in Pretoria. Mariette informed me to get a quote to repair the computer. I gave the computer in at a computer store. The computer however was going to stand up from the grave. They sent me a damage report and a quote to replace the computer by Wednesday 4 July. I sent that quote immediately to Mariette. She really took care of me. On Friday morning 6 July I received my Santam pay out. Is this not fast and effective service? I hereby would strongly recommend contacting Mariette Nortje from Louis Malherbe Brokers in Pretoria, and Santam for any insurance purposes.
