SANTAM AND INTEGRISURE LEAKING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO *******-M-E-R-S !!!!!

How long does it take just to answer a SIMPLE question about the validity of a suspected ******* email sent out to your clients ?????????????

If this is how you respond to your clients' emails, I am PETRIFIED at the thought of having to request assistance from you when an ACTUAL emergency occurs.

I have received an email which I have forwarded to you as well as Santam in order to EITHER confirm whether it is LEGIT or a *******. I HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANY REPLY from EITHER SANTAM nor INTEGRISURE.

I have even called your customer service department and COMPLAINED about the EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, then I was told that my email cannot be traced … what a load of *******. I then sent it AGAIN, and now after 3 hours STILL NO REPLY !!!

Since this is how you respond when your clients are reaching out, I give you written notice that I will be switching my insurance to another insurer during JANUARY 2024.

I ALSO DEMAND AN EXPLANATION AS TO HOW EXACTLY DID THESE *******-M-E-R-S GET HOLD OF MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND ALSO BEING MADE AWARE OF THE FACT THAT MY ASSETS ARE BEING INSURED VIA SANTAM ?????

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, BUT IN THE MEANTIME YOU ARE LEAKING IT TO *******-M-E-R-S !!!!

I AM GOING TO LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER BOARD ABOUT INTEGRISURE AND SANTAM FOR NOT PROTECTING MY INFORMATION.
