Santam and Indwe

Indwe and Santam Indwe and Sanlam together make up the worst Insurance Institutions ever. My parents had an accident with their little Corsa on the 3 of April and until today there has been no progress on their case. I have had to fight to get any bit of information possible. In fact Sanlm is taking the tow truck operator Khasi Boys to Court and my parents just have to wait until they are done. This whole nasty ordeal has got nothing to do with my parents. I made the call to Indwe/Santam where I specifically asked the call centre agent if the car was to be towed by the tow truck from Kazi Boys and I was told in clear English that the tow truck could take the vehicle. I even asked if the conversation was being taped. The call centre agent said it was being taped. Untill today this recording has not surfaced . Instead Sanlam is taking the tow tuck to court for holding fees! My parents have a rented vehicle f rom Santam. I have tried to speak to Santam but their team leaders in Claims don't listen or help.

My problem is that all this was Indwe's fault and now there's a big court case over something Indwe did wrong. I keep on telling the Insurance it is their own fault but they refuse to listen or do anything!
