Santam and FR Panel Beaters Pathetic 3rd party service

I am receiving extremely bad service from Santam Insurance and FR Panel Beaters Lenasia as i am a 3rd party accident claimer here .

My car is at the FR Panel Beaters workshop. One of their drivers that knocked me. The car is with them from the 5th July 2021 as i was told to drop of my car there by the owner so i thought that was nice of him.

I seriously tought that my car was being fixed just to find out that it is still not fixed and Santam is dealing with the 3rd party claim.

I was sent an email for me to fill in their 3rd party form so that my car can get fixed the panel beaters which is their client so i fill the email and sent it to their 3rd party claims with pictures as requested. So i get an email back stating that the pictures i sent cannot be opened because its not in PDF format . Me being in IT ,i converted .jpg to .pdf and sent the pictures back saying please see attached . Anyway i then get an email saying they still cannot open the images and that i shluld get my car back for a second assessment . Am i the one who is supposed to do this? As i have stated that the car is with the panel beaters anyway .So i have reconverted the images and have sent them again stating that if they have PDF viewer installed on their machine it will open or if they have windows 10 u can click the image and it will open in an internet browser for you to view .Please hire competent people who atleast have admin knowledge as this is fustrating due to my car sitting at the panel beaters as they are waiting for Santam go ahead .

Me being a 3rd party i should not be doing any assessments if the car is with the panel beater already . Santam should send their people to the panel beater if they want to assess the car .

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
