Santam and Envestpro brokers are *******. They have admitted to *****ing my money and are making it impossible to refund

I changed insurances from Santam to Rodel because Santam was expensive and not willing to reduce my premiums. I did this through my broker Envestpro. Firstly I was assisted by someone who didn't know how to do the work and who has left the company. She les left too many problems for me, firstly she did not make sure that the change is smooth such that I was left uncovered for a day, secondly she didn't make sure that my contract with Santam is terminated and no debit orders should go through again. Well Santam went ahead and deducted again and therefor I ended up with tow debit orders in one month. They admitted it was a mistake to ***** my money but they do not want to fix the mistake. The Envestpro consultants keep telling me that the money will be refunded within 30 days. Why must I wait for 30 days to get my money, who is going to pay for the commitments I had for that money?
