Santam and Aon is *******
After 6 years of being loyal to Santam and AON, they place me in a worse off position by paying out a lesser claim, and covering it up. I then lodge a complaint with the ombudsman, and they increase my premium sky high. I then leave and go to Miway, and put a stop debit on my account, so they simply change the reference number and still deduct money off my account. My account is now overdrawn!<br> <br> Santam and AON is the most useless ******* in the insurance industry!

Unfortunately we cannot attend to your concerns raised in your complaint to the Ombudsman, as they have already made their determination on that matter, your reference P85/15D.
