Santam, always go above and beyond.

Each and every time i contact Santam i get reminded why i moved my insurance years ago. My dad has always been with them while i was with another. When my dads car was wrote off after his passing, Santam went above and beyond. In March 2020 when lockdown was announced, guess what... i was assisted in the most professional manner by Ibrahim. Wow, what a gentlemen, professional and understood exactly the time we were in. We left the call with me earning the minimum and still covered. Wow!!! Even got a small refund!! Listening to family and friends during lockdown about their insurances, made me brag about my insurer lol!!

Yesterday, i called and Tumeka assisted me with an impossible request. Tumeka and Ibrahim, its people like you guys that make things a little better in these uncertain times that we are in. Santam really has golden star employees in you. May your careers be blessed and you reach the highest. Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

I have been recommending Santam to all my friends and family, just a pitty you dont have the buddy system, i could quite my day job if you had (heehee)
