SANTAM ALMOST GOT ME FIRED

<p>I worked as an intermediary at a brokerage. I did a policy for a *** later he had claim. Upon regsitering the claim we learned that the client policy was cancelled cause the banking details provided for the debit was incorrect. I then called and a consultant confirmed that their system picks up when banking details are incorrect. And also I did numerise of other policies,whenever the account number was wrong,they would ask me to confirm. Santam refused to take responsiblity. Our brokerage lost clients and respect. And now my boss watches me like a hawk. I wouldnt recommend Santam to anyone. I work for a brokerage that deals with them,i have witnessed alot of problem when it comes to them. </p>
