Santam a useless insurance company
Santam looks for any excuse not to cover the insured goods, be it home appliances or home assist. When they sell you the insurance, many promises are made with bells and whistles, however, when one has to claim, all excuses are pulled out not to cover. THEN EXACTLY WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR????
