I had a mechanical breakdown about 90km from my home , after consultation with my broker a consultant from santam called me , their left me standing beside the road because i could not paid the R2500 extra , although they did not get the right info on my policy. Their only care if we pay but not for the service when its needed. Cancelling asap. .
