I was in a car accident last month the 8th off March reported it 10th March at our insurance with our broker. Asking documents and send it to them. Till today I'm still waiting feed back from the insurance. My fiance company is paying the insurance but the car is registered on my name and all the say is they want to know who to pay out to the company or to me.

All we want is just to get all finalized because we don't have a car.

Luckily we have insurance option to give as a rental car but still.

Santam get every month there money for 47 years nor with them no claims has yet been reported but for the first time now now they are taking there time after a month this is really bad for a customer off 47 years
