Dealing with this company when trying to claim damages is always a bad experience. The assessor never contacts you or returns your calls. Declining a claim is always their first response, done via their APP. They will argue with you, even when your policy states the opposite. I'm never certain whether I'm actually insured. No confidence in this company.
