SANTAM

I am a third party claimant who was bumped by SANTAM's client but it has been over a month of run around with no concrete answer from their side. I gave them all necessary documentation and patiently waited for an assessment to be done, I gave them confirmation from their client regarding that His Insurance will be responsible for the damage on my Car, but still, SANTAM is playing delay tactics, this treatment if very unfair and unprofessional and yet they expect me to be patient. May SANTAM take responsibility as their client confirmed they will do so.
