SANTAM 3RD PARTY MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CLAIM
I was involved in an accident in which I was not at fault. Luckily for me, the Driver in the other car was insured with SANTAM and he assured me that SANTAM is one of the best Insurance companies and that I do not have to stress. From the Start. A BIG THANK YOU to Tlhalefo Kenosi for his professional, helpful and friendly Customer Service, when he handled my claim and escalated it to the SANTAM's Legal Department.

Maurisha walked the extra mile to solve the matter in a record time and the claim was settled. Thanks to her, the repairs to my Vehicle can now begin earlier than expected.
