Santam 3rd Party Claims Disgrace.

I have had the most horrific experience and service with Santam's 3rd Party Claims department. In May last year their client drive turned through a robot and collided with me going straight. Satam paid out R 127 000 for the exact same model and make of car to the young driver's family within 2 months. Both vehicles were written off! I am still waiting for a payout 18 months later as I will not accept the disgraceful offer of R 21 900 as I can not replace my vehicle let alone buy any vehicle for that price. The reason given for this low settlement is because I am being held 70% accountable for the accident? I have contacted numerous people, including the complaints department and have received no feedback. I find this to be a complete disgrace!
