SANTAM 3rd party claim repudiation unsubstantial and biased - NOBODY WINS
3rd party claim repudiation unsubstantial and biased. SANTAM CANNOT BE TCF(Treating Customers fairly legislation) COMPLIANT.
I was rear ended by a Santam insured business vehicle. The accident occurred with on 28/02/2018, after supplying the extensive documentation required for a third party claim, I received a repudiation letter claiming no liability.
If Santam were in fact TCF compliant, that needs to be stripped away, no factual consideration is put into the validity of third party claims or repudiation. The legal consultant I dealt with, cannot supply any evidence of assessment of my vehicle, No proof that the insured version of events are true, or supporting evidence to that matter. Has not contacted the witness I supp**** who saw the accident. Yet claim to treat customers fairly!!! The evidence supp**** clearly shows the fault of the insured.
This leaves me feeling ****** by both SANTUM and their insured company.
I will now take legal action against the insured company. Which will cost him MUCH MORE than the cost of replacing my car in legal fees, and medical bills and inconvenience, so I must ask WHO IN FACT IS BENEFITTING FROM BEING A SANTAM CLIENT or 3rd party claimer?? Nobody wins and everyone is being badly treated.
Regards, Disgruntled 3rd party claimer.
