Santam 3rd Party Claim Ignored

Hi, I was unfortunate to have been part of a 3rd party claim, where I'm the third party. My car was stationary and parked outside my house and wasnt even in the same suburb when this happened. I have e mail Andre Louw at Santam as I was instructed to do with all the relevant documentation & information. That was on the 4th of March and have received no confirmation or response. I have tried multiple times to contact him and the number is either engaged or it just rings. I have been trying to get my fixed since beginning of February and have still not managed to have any success, it is now the 15 of March. If anyone from Santam could assist me in this matter I'd greatly appreciate it.
