Santam -100% of my trust. Rude, *************!!!

Santam is not reliable to it's promises... when you enter a website claims, they say "we look for more reasons to pay rather than not to"... their very own investigator talked rude with the witnesses and accused them of things they didn't do... and finally found a reason not to pay my claim because of leaving the scene after the car was into a bad accident and I was in shock saying I was stable and healthy. I won't recommend it to anyone and regret changing the insurance I used in the past years. Now my damaged car is stuck in their hands
