Santa Insurance is the best ever!!!

Good day my name is Nonhlanhla Mokgwetsi, thank you so much for the opportunity to rate such an awesome service I have received from Santam.

My car was involved in a accident and one can imagine how bad and disorientated it gets to be without a car. I was very worried of the length of the process to complete the claim and fixing too.

But all thanks to Santam that made my waiting period the most stressless moment of my life, at first I was told by the dealers my vehicle will be ready in 20 day, but I tell you !!! the Professionalism and job welldone by Julinda January and Idris Mooiden, made me to receive my car in less than 20days, I was so amased and surprised how quick it went.

And could only tell by the Professionalism they had towards my claim, Julinda was updating me almost everyday and motivating me to be positive and that this challenge will pass soon.

Idris too, was checking up on me via *** ensuring the matter or my claim was under control and they are working on a speedy process to complete the it, and fixing of the vehicle.

My first time joining Santam and till today they have shown me and my family how important and valuable a client is to them , and for that 🙌🙌Santam is the best, excellent 👌 super perfect insurance ever.
