Sanlam policy missing Vehicle Hire

Current Policy number: *** Old Policy number: *** (Cancelled by error)

There was an error on Sanlam’s part where my policy was cancelled without my knowledge. Then my policy was reinstated….and now there is a discrepancy between the old and new…There is no Vehicle Hire option on the new policy.

I was under the impression that I have car hire because that is what I had on my original policy. Now I want to take my car in for repairs and they told me I don’t have this

Sanlam please assist urgently
