SANLAM

on the 28th of may 2020 i lodged a claim(leaking rubber at my cars back window),up till now 3 july 2020, I must contact SANTAM progress.I have submitted all my relevant documents and sent complaints........guess what...............Just industry jargon The claim has been referred to the claims committee on the 29/06/20 and awaiting feedback..........I have had it with these people,I pay them a premium EVERY MONTH to carry the risk.Instead they are dragging their feet...Meanwhile I cant drive my car when its raining or wash my car,damage both seen an unseen are getting worse...........INSURANCE GOOD AND PROPER!!!!???? GOD help us all
