Salvage fee paid back

I had my car written off while having had my vehicle insured with Santam. Not all of the money was paid over until the final paperwork had been done (held back money called a salvage fee). Having sent them a letter when it came to my notice that the vehicle paperwork had been finailasied eaerlier in the month, the monery was refunded into my account the very same day.
