Rude staff and bad service from Santa

Good day, I've had the worst experience with Santam for you guys processing my claim. I spoke to a lady Monday who promised to call me back and never did. Called in today for assistance and requested to speak to a manager I was **** to and put through to Neo Silahle who was very abrupt and rude, she continuously raised her voice at me because I was irate beacause of the service received from Santam. I've made a claim and you Santam have not assisted me with my claim.
